No Output. The
product does not
work
1. Check if the power cord is connect in the input
mains socket of the party Bar.
2. Check if the ambient temperature in a safe
range.
1. Make sure there is mains present to the
cable, check the fuse or replace cable.
2. After the temperature is suitable, the protect
function will cancel automatically.
LED dimmed
1. Check if the power cord is connect in the input
mains socket of the party Bar.
1. Make sure the mains input voltage is the
correct voltage.
No DMX input
1. Check the cable is damaged or Whether the
polarity of the pin connections is correct.

Check If it is in DMX mode.
3. Check If there are 2pcs master in the whole
circuit.
1. Correct the DMX polarity or change the
cable.
2. Set up the function mode as DMX.
3. Set 1pcs in slave mode.
