2. Usage Precautions
1.
Do not defrost the inside walls with a knife or any sharp object. . Do
not make holes in the cabinet walls..
2.
Frost will accumulate on the inside walls of the freezer during normal
use. Excess frost may make the internal doors difficult to open.
Remove the frost with a spatula, or a similar tool, or simply wipe it off
with a clean, dry cloth.
3.
An access port for the measuring cable is provided on the back wall of
the freezer. Be sure to replace the cap and heat insulator after removing
the cable, or the inside temperature may not be reached. Frost may
accumulate outside the port.
4.
In case of high ambient temperatures, the cabinet front may heat up
after the freezer is used for the first time. This is normal and does not
indicate a malfunction.
3. General Recommendations
The refrigeration system is designed to maintain ultra-low temperatures in +32
o
C
ambient environments.
CAUTION!
This unit is not a rapid-freezing device. Attempting to freeze large
quantities or liquid, or high-water content items, will temporarily raise
the chamber temperature and will cause the compressors to operate for
a prolonged period of time. Improper use of the freezer may
jeopardize safety and may cause undue stress or damage to the
compressors.
Avoid opening the door for extended time periods. Warmer air from the environment,
will replace chamber air and may cause rapid frost build-up in the chamber.
