The suggested accessory for all the recommendations is the air frying basket.
This table only provides a basic template for common foods. Times and temperature are
indicative, and results can vary on food and/or quantity, as well as level used in the oven.
When cooking a particular food for the first time, we suggest keeping a close eye in order
to prevent any burning or undercooking.
When
placing on “fast air fry” position, pay close attention as food will crisp up faster.

**For foods that may drip, place baking rack on lowest level to help catch excess grease.
BAKE
Use your MAXX Air Fryer Oven as a conventional oven by turning the
FUNCTION dial to BAKE.

Place the baking pan / drip tray underneath the baking rack or basket
as there is a chance food may drip during the cooking process. The
baking pan will help catch any grease or crumbs.

After selecting the desired temperature, turn the TIMER dial to the
desired cooking time to begin the heating process. For baking
processes, it is recommended to allow 10 minutes preheating time at
desired temperature before placing the elements inside.

Like in all ovens, more heat is generated in the back of the oven than in
the front. For this reason, we recommend rotating your baked goods
180° halfway through the baking time to ensure the most even results.
You can do this by directly rotating the baking pan or rack. For most
foods, other than quick breads and other rising foods, another
alternative would be using the
Convection Bake
or
Air Frying
functions
which use a fan to spread out the heat more evenly to give faster and
more even cooking results. It is recommended to adjust time (check
about 5-10 minutes before the cooking cycle should be complete) and
temperature (you can generally lower the temperature by 10-25°F for
the same recipe) accordingly when using the convection bake.
CAUTION:
Carefully take out your food with oven mitts and using the tray
handle.
CONVECTION BAKE
Use your MAXX Air Fryer Oven as a convection oven for fan-assisted oven
baking. This is best used for achieving better browning when roasting foods
