Convection
Bake
Recommended for
quicker baking and
browning foods.
•
Preheat oven for 5-10 minutes.
•
For best results, place food on the
center of the rack spaced out
evenly.
•
Good for foods that do not rise like
cookies, meats, casseroles, etc.
•
Generally, convection baking is
quicker and therefore requires a
lower temperature

aim for 10-25°F
less than if you were using a
conventional oven.

Recommended accessories: air rack
and/or baking pan.
Convection
Toast
Use the convection
toast function to
rapidly toast bread
to perfection:
crunchy on the
outside and soft on
the inside.
•
Preheat oven for 10 minutes.
•
Set food on the center of the rack
spaced out evenly.
•
Set temperature to 350°F for light
toast, 400°F for medium, and 450°F for
dark. No need to flip.
•
Recommended accessory: air rack in
middle slot.
Pizza
Cook perfectly crisp
and cheesy pizzas.
•
Preheat oven for 5-10 minutes.
•
Fits a 12-inch pizza
•
Rotate 180° halfway through cooking
•
Cook until cheese is melty, and crust
is warm
Convection
Broil
Used for meats such
as beef, chicken, or
pork. Can create a
nice char or
caramelization on
vegetables and
fruits. Also used for
top browning
casseroles and
gratins. Generally,
broiling is done at
the highest
temperature setting
(450°F) for best
results.

Preheat the oven for 10 minutes.
•
Use the top slot for best results.
•
Watch over food to not overcook.
•
Do not use glass oven dishes to broil.
•
Recommended accessories: air rack
in top slot and baking tray in lower
slot to catch grease drippings.
•
CAUTION:
Aluminum foil is not
recommended for covering the rack.
If covered, the foil prevents the fat
from dripping into the drip tray.
Grease will accumulate on the foil
surface and may catch fire.
