Replace the batteries in the remote control.
Cause: After going through the start-up cycle, the fireplace automatically goes
to the last selected settings:
In the case of the thermostat, and possibly Moods function, the
desired final temperature may have been reached. Possibly the remote control
is too close to the fireplace or another heat source.
If the batteries are empty, temperature detection cannot take place and
temperature-related functions (, thermostat, possibly Moods) will not
work. The fireplace falls out.
