1. Inner Pad 

#Adjust the size for your best fit with the adjusting pads packaged in.

SNAP

Let the strap through the D ring, and 

pull the strap to the arrow direction to 

fasten it.

Fasten the snaps to prevent 

looseness in the chinstrap.

Use the 3 exclusive screws for IXA/IXA-C when attaching the visor. 

[Detachment]

Pull out the inner pad from the forehead area, and unfasten the 2 snaps at the rear. 

[Attachment]

Slide in the inner pad base (solid core material) between the shell and the liner, and 

fasten the 2 snaps at the rear.  

2. Cheek Pads 

#Switch the cheek pads according to your size.

Unfasten the 3 snaps at the back side of the cheek pads to detach. Fasten the 3 

snaps to attach.

3. Strap Covers

Unfasten the Velcro®, inside of the strap covers and let the chin strap off from the 

cover to detach. Follow the reverse order to attach. 

(Strap covers are common in both sides.)

Be sure to fasten the chin strap 

securely.

Otherwise, in case of falling down 

or an accident while you are riding 

your bicycle, the helmet may drop 

off, and may cause serious injuries.

Apply proper tightening torque on screws when attaching, retighten them occasionally.

CAUTION !

When washing the inner pad and the cheek pads with a washing machine, put 

them in a laundry net individually. Do not use a drier over 50

/122F

.

The inner pads, the cheek pads and the strap covers are expendable items and 

replaceable as necessary.
