Why can’t pause, play, previous song and next song be controlled
from BTC020 during music playback?

This function need the paired device support AVRCP (Audio/Video
Remote Control Profile)
b)
When you use Line in, BTC020 can not remote control.

Why can’t adjust volume?
a)
You can adjust volume only the BTC020 has already connected with
Bluetooth device and it is playing music or making call.
b) When you use Line in, BTC020 can not adjust volume.
