GENERAL

DATE/TIME

Enables you to set whether to
display the current time on the
LCD monitor.

OFF

: The date/time does not appear.

[AUTO]

: The date/time appears for approx. 5 seconds in

the following cases.

When the power/mode switch is set from

STANDBY/ON

When playback starts

: The date/time is always displayed.

PRESET

Returns all the camera settings
to their default values.

EXECUTE

: Performs this function.

[CANCEL]

: Returns to the menu screen without

executing reset.

BRIGHT

Enables you to set the brightness
of the LCD monitor or viewfi nder.

Adjust the brightness of the display moving the set lever

DROP DETECTION

Prevents damage to the
HDD by turning off the power
automatically when the camera
detects that it has been dropped.

OFF

: Disables the function.

[ON]

: Activates the function.

To turn the unit on when the drop detection

CAUTION

Setting this function to off increases the chances of
