Coffee:
Draw off temperature is measured at the outlet and is, depending on settings, between
84 °C … 89 °C (183 °F … 192 °F)
Programmable NORMAL/HIGH, difference is ca. 2 °C (3.6 °F)
Each product can be programmed individually
In the range of < 80 ml, an intelligent heating system comes to action which is able to remember
the time of the last product taken. Therefore, at the beginning of a draw off it will heat up slightly
higher in temperature to compensate the loss.

Product selector view:
Deactivate and activate the product selector view

Active:
Product selector view is active and can be started by turning the Rotary Switch when the IMPRESSA
is ready for use

Product selector view is inactive

One-off settings:
Specify whether or not to allow one-off settings during preparation

Active:
One-off settings can be made during preparation (e.g. coffee strength or amount of water)
13.8.2
Inactive:
One-off settings cannot be made during preparation. The product is prepared according to the
settings in programming mode (‘Product settings (2/6)’ / ‘Expert mode’).

Lock/enable:
Specify whether or not to allow one-off settings during preparation
The lock symbol indicates whether the product is enabled or disabled.
If the lock is closed, the product is disabled.
