The following installation media files are available for download:
Description Installation Media
JUNOS Software for the M40 router when you use the
LS-120 external drive.

Matrix, and TX Matrix Plus routers.

JUNOS Software for the J Series routers. You must select
the correct installation media file that corresponds to the
correct CompactFlash card you are using.

Installation Bundles
The installation bundle can be used to downgrade or upgrade the JUNOS Software
between minor revisions (from Release 9.1 to Release 9.2, for example). When used,
the installation bundle modifies only the files required for the upgrade or downgrade
between versions.
NOTE: You should only use the installation bundle under direction of a Juniper
Networks support representative.

Installation Modules
Installation modules are used to upgrade individual software modules within the
software. For example, you can upgrade only the Routing Engine software by installing
the
jroute* installation module.
NOTE: You should only use installation module files under the direction of a Juniper
Networks support representative.
