1. Fitting/removing the rear wheels
Press the button in the centre of the rear wheel, align the axel and push

onto the rear wheel housing (fig. 1).
IMPORTANT: check the wheels are correctly fitted before use.
To remove the rear wheels, press the button in the centre of the rear

wheel and pull the wheel away from the wheel housing.
2. Attaching the hood
Insert the hood rod into the front section of the plastic housing on the

chassis. Slide the thinner middle rod in to the housing. Insert the rear

rod in to the rear housing. Fasten the press stud. This applies to both

sides of the hood (fig. 2, 3, 4 & 5).
Attach clips on the rear lycra section of the hood to the back of the seat unit.
3. Unfolding the J-CARBON
Release the wheels from their lugs and push forward until the chassis

base locks into place (fig. 6, 7 & 8).
Unclip the travel lock located at the rear wheel (fig. 9).
Lift the handle bar upwards (fig. 10) until it locks into place (fig. 11).

Lift the seat unit upwards into an upright position (fig. 12) and then

drop the seat section downwards into place (fig. 13 & 14).

   WARNING:

ensure the locking devices are engaged before use.

4. Operating the hood
Pull the hood forwards to open and back to close (fig. 15, 16 & 17).
5. Using the hood ventilation panel
There is a ventilated panel within the hood for adding air circulation on

warmer days. Unzip the zippers on the rear of the hood fully to reveal

the mesh panel (fig. 18). Fold back the hood fabric to open the

ventilation panel fully (fig. 19). To close, fold the fabric back and zip up.
6. Using the front swivel wheels
The front wheels can be in a fixed forward travelling position or swivel

position.
Rotate the switch located above the front wheel to lock the wheels in a

forward travelling position and twist again to change back into swivel

mode (fig. 20).
For uneven surfaces you may find the stroller is easier to manoeuvre in

the fixed forward position.
