Assembly
TOOLS REQUIRED: 13mm, 10mm wrenches, 5mm Allen wrench
1. Attach the (#3) cross channel to the (#1) main channel using (#11) M6*55mm carriage bolt and (#12) M6 reverse
lock nut, as shown in the figure. Tighten the bolt securely.
2. Attach the (#4) blower hook to the pole using the (#6) M10*50mm flat head socket screw and the (#15) locking nut
as shown. Tighten the screw securely using a 5mm Allen wrench.
3. Attach the (#2) mounting bracket to the (#1) main channel as shown in the figure. Make sure the channel of the
mounting bracket and the Blower Holder are opening in opposite directions as shown. Adjust the height of the Blower
holder to meet your blower needs. Use two (#13) M10 x 65mm cap screws, two (#14) flat washer, 2 (#17) crush
sleeve, and 2 (#10) M10 nylon lock nuts to the pole as shown above. Do not tighten the bolts yet. HINT: to hold
crush sleeve in place, slide a screw driver through the elongated slot while inserting the screws. You will need
someone to hold the mounting pole.
4. Attach the (#5) blower tube holder to the back of the pole using the (#9) M10*20mm carriage bolt and (#10) M 10
nylon lock nut. Install it in any position, but do not tighten the bolt yet. The height and angle of the tube holder will be
adjusted to match your individual blower.
5. Insert the 2 (#18) Blower Holder Strap Arms to each side of (#3) Cross channel using 4 (#9) M10*20mm carriage
bolt and 4 (#10) M10 nylon lock nuts. BE SURE TO TIGHTEN ALL HARWARE WEEKLY IF NEEDED!!!
To attach straps to the brackets:
1. Insert strap through right side
of the blower holder strap arm.
2. Pull strap so that both sides are even.
3. Insert only the right side of the strap through the right side of the plastic
tri-glide.
4. Follow the same strap over and through the left side of the same
plastic tri-glide.
