SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
• Read the operating instructions
carefully for the electrical connec-
tions. The car stereo will be dam-
aged if it is not connected properly.
• The car stereo should if possible be
installed by a professional.
• Do not connect the power cable
before all the other connections to
the car stereo have been completed.
• Insulate all exposed cables to avoid
short circuiting.
• All loose cables should be fastened
on completion of the installation.
• The car stereo is intended to run on
a 12–15 V system with negative
earth. Check that the car has such
an electrical system.
• Connect the car stereo according to
the wiring diagram, otherwise it
will not work as intended and can
be damaged.
• The speakers must be connected
correctly, otherwise there is a risk of
damaging both the amplifier and
the speakers.
• If the antenna cable (BLUE) is
earthed or connected wrong the
car stereo can be damaged or
impossible to start.
• If the power cable (YELLOW) is
earthed or connected wrong the
car stereo can be damaged or
impossible to start or switch off.
