PULSE
Shows the pulse from 50 to 200 strokes/minute. This value is only
intended as a guide and must not be used in a medical context.
Hold your hands on the handles for at last 5 seconds to use the
pulse function.
SPEED
Shows the speed from 0.8 to 12 km/h. In programme mode P1–
P9 is shown and in setup mode H-1–H-3 is shown.
DIS (distance)
Shows the distance from 0:00 to 99.9. In countdown mode the
value is counted down from the target value to 0.0, after which
the equipment stops. After 5 seconds the equipment goes into
standby mode.
BUTTONS
Some function button are also found on the handles, in front of
the pulse sensors.
Programme
The PROGRAM button is used to select the programme P1–P9.
Standard mode is 0.8.
Mode
The MODE button is used to select the mode: 0.8, H-1, H-2, H-3.
Standard mode is 0.8, H-1 is countdown mode for time, H-2
is countdown mode for distance, H-3 is countdown mode for
calories. The settings can be changed by pressing the buttons
SPEED + and SPEED - and then the START button.
Start
The START button is used to start the equipment. The equipment
can be started when it is switched on and the safety key is
correctly inserted.
Stop
The STOP button is used to stop the equipment and to reset the
settings.
Speed+ and Speed-
The buttons SPEED+ and SPEED- are used to set the speed. In
setup mode the buttons change the target data and in normal
operating mode they change the value for speed by 0.1 km/h for
each push. Press the button SPEED+ or SPEED- for 0.5 seconds to
quickly change the value up or down.
3. Open the pack and place the motor unit on the floor.

4. Fit the left and right side pieces (4), (5) on the motor unit
with the hex screws (39) and washers (55). Connect the
middle cable to the lower cable.

5. Fit the motor unit (22) on the left and right side pieces
with the hex screws (39) and washers (55). Connect the
computer unit cable to the middle cable.

NOTE:
Check and tighten all screw unions. Read all the instructions
and safety instructions carefully before use.
6. Fit the covers (33) and (34) on the left and right side pieces.

BOTTLE HOLDER
1. Fit the bottle holder (83) on the right side piece with screw
M5 x 12 (84). Use the spanner (11).
2. Cut the belt (E).

FOLD OUT / FOLD TOGETHER
Hold the treadmill at A and press down in the direction of the
arrow until the rod B snaps out.

Hold the treadmill at A, press the rod B with your foot so that it
gives and lowers the treadmill to the floor.

CAL (calories)
Shows consumption of calories from 0 to 999. In countdown
mode the value is counted down from the target value to 0.0,
after which the equipment stops. After 5 seconds the equipment

TIME
Shows the exercise time from 0:00 to 99:59. In countdown mode
the value is counted down from the target value to 0.0, after
which the equipment stops. After 5 seconds the equipment goes
into standby mode.
