MAINTENANCE
IMPORTANT:
Turn off the gas stove and wait until all the
parts have cooled before cleaning and/or
maintenance. Never attempt to clean the
appliance while it is hot, or turned on.
• Have the gas stove checked by qualified
personnel at least once a year to make sure
it is safe.
• Clean the outside of the gas stove and the
space for the gas cylinder and remove any
dust or other debris that can affect the
function of the gas stove.
• Release the grille and carefully vacuum
clean the ceramic elements with a soft
brush nozzle to remove dust. Avoid scraping
or knocking the ceramic elements, they
become very fragile after they have been
used for some time and can be easily
damaged.
• Do not use abrasive detergents.
• Store the gas stove in a clean and dry place
when not in use.
CHANGING THE GAS CYLINDER
WARNING!
• Turn off the flow of gas at the regulator
and wait until the stove has cooled before
changing the gas cylinder. Never attempt
to change the gas cylinder while the stove
is hot, or turned on.
• Make sure there are no naked flames or
other sources of heat nearby when
changing the gas cylinder.
• Do not smoke when changing the gas
cylinder.
1. Turn off the flow of gas at the valve and
regulator and take the empty gas cylinder
out of the stove.
2. Unscrew the regulator from the empty
cylinder.
3. Put a full gas cylinder in the stove.
4. Fit the cover plate so that the gas cylinder is
held in place.
