Trimming comb
Place one of the two trimming combs on the trimming head to select the trimming length. The following
trimming length settings can be selected:
1 mm without trimming comb
2-4-6-8 mm with the short trimming comb
10-12-14-16 mm with the long trimming comb
Battery
1 x 1.5 V AA battery. Turn the battery cover at the bottom of the trimmer clockwise to replace the
batteries. Ensure that the batteries are installed with the correct polarity.
MAINTENANCE
Make sure the trimmer is turned off before performing maintenance.
Remove the trimming head and brush away any hair after each trim.
Rinse the trimming head with water and allow it to dry completely before refitting it. Apply a couple
of drops of oil on the clean, dry trimming head.
The trimmer may be brushed or wiped off with a soft, damp cloth. It must never be exposed to
moisture.
Do not use corrosive or abrasive detergents to clean the trimmer.
If the trimmer is not going to be used for a while, remove the batteries to prevent leakage and
damage to the trimmer.
Do not store the trimmer and its accessories close to heat sources, in direct sunlight, in a damp
environment or close to sharp objects.
