Use
Place the radiator on the floor at least 90 cm from the wall and other objects. Make sure that the output
selectors and the thermostat are set to OFF.
The radiator’s output is controlled as follows:
Power switch I
– 800 W
Power switch II
– 1200 W
Power switches I & II
– 2000 W
The power switch LED comes on when the output position is activated.
Thermostat
The thermostat ensures that the radiator maintains the set temperature. Set the power switch to ON. Turn
the thermostat knob clockwise until there is an audible click. This indicates that the radiator is turned on.
Increase the temperature by turning the thermostat knob clockwise. Lower the temperature by turning it
anti-clockwise. The thermostat causes the radiator to come on automatically when the ambient
temperature falls.
NOTE:
The radiator is filled with oil and can consequently take a long time to cool. Always hold the handles when
moving the radiator. Do not touch the element
– this will burn you if the radiator is hot.
WARNING:
Do not place any items such as textiles, plastic or paper on the radiator. This could cause a fire!
MAINTENANCE
Disconnect the radiator from the mains voltage and allow it to cool before cleaning it.
Clean with a soft, damp cloth. The radiator must be wiped down regularly.
Do not use detergents or solvents.
Do not use hard, sharp items to clean the radiator.
Storage
Allow the radiator to cool completely before putting it away.
Roll the power cord around the radiator bracket.
Store the radiator in a cool, dry place.
