MAINTENANCE
CHANGING THE BLADE
Replace the blade as follows:
1.
Unplug the power cord from the mains supply.
2.
Set the blade in its upper position.
3.
Press in the lock and open the blade guard so that the outlet in the guard is positioned over the
flange bolt.
4.
Press in the shaft lock (17) and release the nut with a spanner. Turn clockwise.
5.
Remove the parts and blade.
6.
Clean all contact surfaces.
7.
Assemble in the reverse order. Note the direction of the teeth when fitting.
8.
The angles must be adjusted after fitting the blade. See previous instructions.
CLEANING
Clean the machine regularly. Use compressed air and a brush if possible.
Regularly check that the vents are not blocked.
Do not use corrosive agents when cleaning.
LUBRICATION
Lubricate moving parts with oil regularly.
