7-5. Needle thread clamp device

WARNING :

Turn OFF the power before starting the work so as to prevent accidents caused by abrupt start of the 

sewing machine.

7-6. Adjustment of the wiper

1.5 mm or more

23 to 25 mm

1)  Loosen screw

 to adjust so that a clearance of 

1.5 mm or more is provided between the wiper 
and the needle.

At this time, the standard of the distance between
the wiper and the needle is 23 to 25 mm. By
adjusting the distance wide, the work clamp foot
can prevent stepping on needle thread when it
comes down.
Especially when the thin needle is used, adjust 
the distance wide to such an extent of 23 mm. 

*  The position of the needle is when the sewing 

mechine has stopped after the sewing finished.
