The squareness of the XY-axis has been adjusted correctly with the scale board at the factory
before shipment. At the same time, the axis correction coefficient has also been calculated.
Therefore, this setup item is changed only when any instructions are given from JUKI.

3-2-3 Operation
CAUTION
Before starting this setup, always set up the support table offset. If
this offset has not been obtained, the scale board cannot be
transported. For details about support table offset, see Chapter 4,
Offset set-up, described in a later part of this manual.
If you select [Adjust square (G)...] from the [Initial set-up (I)] menu, the following [Adjust
square] dialog box will appear.

Set the scale board on the transport
conveyor.
Input mark coordinates of the scale
plate used for the Mark Position
(Scale PWB) (since the mark
coordinates may slightly vary
depending on the type of scale plate).
Use the marks at the lower right,
upper left, and upper right portions of
the scale plate for Nos. 2, 3, and 4,
respectively. If the coordinates of
the scale plate to be used are
uncertain, use the values set on the
screen.
Select [Exec.] when ready.
When [Exec.] is selected, the scale
board is loaded.
