2. Sewing procedure
1. Check the power supply "off",
2. Select the button hold spring and replace.
3. Turn on the power,
4. Select the sewing pattern (refer to "V.1/1.3 Standard Pattern List"),
5. Put the button into the device to adjust the lever (see Image of Rever Adjustment),
6. Press the Preparation key,
7. Put the sewn button into the clamp foot to adjust,
8. The fabric is placed on the feed plate.
9. Push down when stepping on the pedal switch and rise when leaving it (two-stage pedal),
10. Sewing begins when the pedal is pushed into the second stage,
11. After the sewing is finished, the presser automatically rises and returns to the sewing start position.

Repeat 7 to 10 for the sewing operation

When changing the button specification, repeat 1.-10.

Part Number
Replace the button hold spring: remove the
spring❹ and remove the two washers❻ and
the two screws❼ and replace the button hold
spring❺ and ❽. Then attach two washers❻
and two screws❼ and apply a spring❹.
※Please refer to the button hold spring chart
during replacement.
Note that when sewing small buttons, Nos.
3 and 4 may interfere with the needle. In
doing so, use No. 5 and No. 6.
