Warranty Conditions
The warranty begins on the day the device is delivered. This is to be documented with a copy
of the invoice.
Warranty Exclusions:
No warranty is provided for:

Brush and brush rings
■
Failure to follow the operating instructions
■
If chemical substances are found in the device (cleaning agents, etc.)
■
Mechanical damages of whatever kind
■
Force majeure, environmental or weather influences
■
Damages from transportation
Processing:

and describe the malfunctions that have
occurred. Our service personnel will be glad to assist you or suggest the most expedient route
for repairs.
In the event that a repair is done in our business premises (defective device or accessory)
in please enclose a copy of the invoice and a description of the fault. Both are necessary.
The original warranty period is not extended by the completion of warranty services.
Any further claims for damages or losses that arise from the device or its use are excluded.
