TUNE ADJUSTMENT 

Adjust the tuning control for the transmitter and receiver. 
The turning control should be adjusted when the system is installed or when the 
magnetron is replaced. 

 Before adjustment 

Set the range to 48 NM or more. 

 Setting for Tune Adjustment 

1 

Open  Basic Adjustment  -  Tune Adjustment . 

 

"Tune Adjustment" menu appears. 
Press the cursor key or turn the 

[MULTI]

 control to set the tuning. 

The tuning can be set between 0 and 127. 

 

4.2.4 

SETTING ANTENNA HEIGHT 

Set the height of radar antenna above sea level. 
When changing this value, effectiveness of the sea clutter suppression range can be 
changed. 
This is also effective to change the effectiveness of the automatic sea clutter suppression. 

 Before adjustment 

Measure the height from the sea level to the antenna in advance. 

 Settings for Antenna Height

Open  Basic Adjustment  -  Antenna Height . 

 

Select the antenna height measured before adjustment.
