4. Installation and Start-up
4.1 Packaging
Once the equipment is unpacked, visually check that it is in good conditions. Keep
the package for some time just in case you will need it.
4.2 Levelling
Level the equipment if necessary, by using the four adjustable level rubber stops on
the stirrer base.
Please bear in mind the equipment weight already loaded, to determine the weight
the table must support.
4.3 Connections to the mains
Plug the equipment to a near socket suitable for the equipment power. Use the con-
nection cable supplied or a similar one.
For your safety, the equipment must be earthed.
Before plugging the equipment, check that the voltage supply and the frequency
corresponds to the one indicated in the equipment characteristics plate.
If you change the plug, bear in mind the following:
Blue cable:
Neutral.
Brown cable:
Phase.
Yellow/Green cable: Earth.
The audible alarm of power failure is activated during the first connection to the mains.
For a correct operation, the equipment connection voltage must be ±10% of nominal
voltage. To avoid problems and failures, it is important that the equipment works
within these margins.
4.4 Parameters selection rotatory button
This equipment has an only button in the control panel, which has a couple of mo-
vements: circular and rotatory.
5. Maintenance
- Before cleaning, disconnect the computer from the mains.
- Do not spill liquids on the equipment.
- The equipment external parts can be cleaned with a little alcohol and water solution.
6. Warranty
This product is guaranteed for one year. The guarantee does not cover damages
caused by an incorrect use or causes beyond the control of J. P. SELECTA, s.a.u
Any manipulation of the equipment by personnel not authorized by J.P. SELECTA,
s.a.u. automatically cancels the warranty.
