so-called “non-eliminable residual risks”, or rather non evident potential risks that can’t be totally reduced with
planning and safety systems.
Before using the appliance is compulsory read these instructions and all the attached documentation, giving
special attention to the prescriptions concerning the safety.
Always watch over that the appliance is not utilized by people haven’t got the requirements to do it, cause age or

•People with reduced common psychophysical capabilities.
NOTE: some particular states of physical tiredness and/or debilitation, also if not caused by working activity or
by clear and/or certified illness, must be considered and treated as absence of all the common psychophysical
capabilities.
•People under influence of alcoholic drinks, tranquilizers or any kind of drugs.
NOTE: in these cases must be strictly prohibited approaching to the appliance also.

responsibility can be attributed to the manufacturer in case of accident occurred in presence (and not necessarily
“in consequence”) of violation of one or more dispositions (none excluded) indicated on this document.
