The installation of a fireplace must take place in accordance with
each country’s laws and regulations. All local ordinances must be
complied with when the product is installed.
Installation instructions for the insert accompany the surround.
An installation manual with technical data for the
insert
accompanies the insert. For day-to-day use, maintenance, service
work, etc. see the General user and maintenance manual.
Contact your local building authorities regarding restrictions and
installation requirements.
The installation can only be taken into use after it has been
inspected and found to be in good order by qualified personnel.
The product is tested and documented as freestanding products
in accordance with EN 13240.
The rating plate for the freestanding product comes with the
installation instructions for the surround. It should be positioned
in a suitably visible place.
