Brake Levers
Check for correct free play in the brake levers
and Correct if necessary. Make sure the
brakes are working properly by checking at
low speed shortly after starting out.(See page
32 for details.)

A soft, spongy feeling in the brake lever
indicates a failure in the brake system.
Do not operate the scooter until the failure
in the brake system is corrected. Ask a
dealer for immediate repairs. A soft, spongy
feeling
could
indicate
a
hazardous
condition in the brake system.
