4. Airbrakes
Airbrakes are actuated by the blue handle on the left-hand side of
the cockpit. The airbrakes are operated in the conventional
manner:
Moving the airbrake handle backwards opens the
airbrakes
Moving the airbrake handle forward closes the airbrakes

The airbrake lever may be locked in one of the five possible
positions to allow simultaneous operation of the rudder hand
control. The positions are illustrated below in Fig. 4:
