INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
On first use:
Place basket L on a stable surface resistant
to heat at least 10 centimetres from other
objects and far from flammable substances.
Wash glass bowl H, accurately dry it and
place inside basket L.
Clean the lower part of lid A with a damp
cloth, dry it and centre it in a stable manner
on bowl H.
Insert terminal Q of cable P in socket G of
lid A.
Adjust timer C on 5 minutes and thermo-
stat D on 250 °C.
After 5 minutes, remove plug R from the
electricity socket.
Leave to cool for at least 5 minutes.
Using handle B remove lid A and place on a
stable surface.
Place the grate (M or N according to the
planned use) inside basket L and centre the
food to cook on it, ensuring it is not atta-
ched to the glass wall to enable maximum
air circulation.
Keep lid A on bowl H.
Insert plug R in the electricity socket.
Set thermostat D and timer C, according to
the instructions in the recipe or the quick
reference table.
Indicators E and F switch on and the ap-
pliance starts to heat while it lights up inside.
The heating, its F indicator and the internal
lighting switch off on reaching the reque-
sted temperature, however on thermostat
action, it re-activates when needed to keep
the temperature constant for the entire
time set.
An acoustic signal warns you the set tem-
perature has been reached.
The timer knob in the meantime returns to
the Off position.
If during the cooking phase handle B is
lifted, heating and ventilation is automa-
tically stopped and the indicators E and
F and the internal lighting switch off.
If the lid is removed during cooking, even
temporarily, handle with care because it is
very hot and if you should put it down, re-
sting it on a stable and heat resistant surface.
Having re-positioned the lid and lowered
the handle, re-activate the appliance until
the time set expires.
If you need to increase the internal capacity
from 10 L to 14.5 L, use the additional ring
S, positioning it over glass bowl H, taking
care to fit it on the compartment upper edge.
Complete the operation by positioning the
appliance lid with the fan and heating ele-
ment A over the additional ring S.
MAINTENANCE
Always disconnect and leave to cool before
intervention.
Quick cleaning:
wash glass bowl H with hot water, a soft
sponge and the help of delicate washing up
liquid, then carefully rinse and dry.
