1. Press [*][8][Installer Code].
2. Enter [991].
3. Use the [<][>] keys to scroll to the applicable keypad.
4. Press [*] to select the keypad.
5. Re-enter [Installer Code].
6. Press [*] to reset the selected keypad to factory defaults.
