Procedure Overview
Table 1: Installing the Software
To Do This
Follow These Steps:
Install the Maestro Software in
a Windows 3.1 Environment
1. Insert Disk 1 of the Maestro software into
the disk drive.
2. From the Program Manager menu, click
File
.
3. Click
Run
.
4. Type “a:\setup” in the Command Line box
(where “a:” is the disk drive containing
Maestro Installation Disk 1).
5. Follow the installation instructions below,
starting at Step 5.
Install the Maestro Software in
a Windows 95 Environment
1. Insert Disk 1 of the Maestro software into
the disk drive.
2. Click the Start button.
3. From the start menu, click
Run
.
4. Type “a:\setup” (where “a:” is the disk
drive containing Maestro Installation
Disk 1).
5. Click
the
OK
button.
6. Review and answer the prompts, clicking
on the
Next
button to continue.
7. When prompted, remove Disk 1 from the
drive, and insert Disk 2 into the drive.
8. Click
the
OK
button to continue.
9. When prompted, remove the current disk
and insert the next disk until installation is
complete.
Result: When installation is complete, the
Maestro Program Group window will appear
on your desktop.
