NETWORK WIRING

NOTE

: The following wiring types are recommended for all network

wiring:

1. Belden 85102 or equivalent - 16 AWG plenum rated, unshielded,

stranded.

2. Belden 8471 or equivalent - 16 AWG non-plenum rated,

unshielded, stranded

3. Generic equivalent - Any Level IV 22 AWG twisted pair, typically

solid and unshielded.

Terminations can be made as daisy chain or T-Tap. The Network wiring is
shown in Figure 13. To connect the LON to the FCU-01:

NOTE

: Network wiring is polarity independent. Typical wiring is Black -

and Red +.

Connect one lead of the twisted pair to NET+ on the FCU-01

board.
