1 Use the mixing blade attachment.
2 Add ingredients according to your recipe. Ensure that the mixing
bowl is not overfilled.
3 Mix your ingredients using a speed setting between 1 and 6 for
about 3 minutes.

Splash guard is to be used when liquid/mixture is easy to be splashed
out. High viscosity material (e.g. dough) is not suitable for using the
splash guard

CAUTION: Do not submerge the main body of the mixer in water or
other liquids.
- Allow the device to cool before you start to clean it.
- Ensure that the dial is in the “0” position and unplug the mixer.
- To clean the exterior of the device, use a damp cloth and a mild
detergent.
- Do not use abrasive products or alcohol on any part of the mixer
or accessories.
- The dough beater, egg whisk, mixing blade and mixing bowl are
dishwasher safe.
Do not use the product continuously for more that 7 minutes. For
prolonged use, stop every 7 minutes for 30”
To avoid overheating and to protect the product, the product will stop
automatically after prolonged continuous use. If this does occur, allow
2 min for the motor to cool down and then turn to speed 1 for the
machine to operate again.
Do not attempt to repair the mixer yourself. Removing the casing
is dangerous and can expose you to electric shocks. If the appliance

4 Turn the lever back and press the mixing arm down into place.
5 Plug in the mixer and turn the dial to the ‘P’ setting for a quick
blend or choose a setting from 1-6 for longer mixing.
6 When you have finished, turn the dial to the ‘0’ setting.
7 Lift the mixing arm by releasing the lever.
8 Remove the mixing bowl from the device plate.
The following settings are a guide only. You will need to experiment
with your mixer to perfect your recipes.

NOTE: This stand mixer is intended for light domestic use only. Do not
run the appliance continuously for more than 7 minutes. If the mixer
gets too warm, allow it to cool before using it again.
1 Use the dough hook attachment.
2 Maximum weight of ingredients is 1kg, it’s advised to not exceed
600g of flour to avoid overspill.
3 The suggested ratio of flour to water is 5:3.
4 Begin at speed setting 1 and mix for 30 seconds. Change to speed
2 and mix for a further 30 seconds. Finally, mix at speed 3 for
approximately 3 minutes.

NOTE: Dough hook is to only be used at speed level 1-3

2 When pouring fresh milk, cream or other ingredients into the bowl,
ensure that it is not overfilled.
3 Choose a speed setting between 4 and 6 and whip the egg whites
continuously for about 3 minutes until the mixture is stiff.
4 To make whipped cream, whip 250ml of fresh cream at a speed
setting of 4 to 6 for about 3 minutes.
