Quick defrost
The microwave has a quick defrost feature which
allows you to defrost MEAT only.
1 Press
the
Stop/Clear
button.
2 Weight the food that you are about to defrost.
Open the microwave door.
3 Place the food on the centre of the glass tray in the
microwave and close the microwave door.
CAUTION - Remove any metallic
ties or wraps.
4 Press
the
Quick Defrost
button. The microwave
starts automatically.
5 During defrosting the microwave will beep, at
which point open the microwave door, turn food
over and separate to ensure even thawing.
6 Remove any portions that have thawed or shield
them to help slow down thawing. After checking
close the microwave door and press the
Start/
Quick start
button to resume defrosting.
Keep warm
The microwave has a keep warm feature which allows
you to manually or as part of auto cook, keep the food
warm for a set time.
Note:
The keep warm feature will only run for 90
minutes, but can be interrupted by opening the door.
Keep warm manually
1 Press
the
Stop/Clear
button.
2 Press
the
Keep Warm
button to select the power
level.
• Low level - press once
• High level - press twice
3 Press
the
Start/Quick start
button to start. The
set time of 90 minutes is shown in the display.
To view the remaining time left, press the
Keep
Warm
button.
Keep warm using auto cook
1 Set the required auto cook category, see page 18.
Five minutes after the auto cook category has ended,
the microwave will automatically start the keep warm
feature.
Or
2 Press
the
Keep Warm
button to select the power
level.
• Low level - press once
• High level - press twice
3 Press
the
Start/Quick start
button to start. The
set time of 90 minutes is shown in the display.
To view the remaining time left, press the
Keep
Warm
button.
