Check the
POWER Switch
Make sure the Power Switch was slide to
ON
position.
Check the
battery
1. Make sure the battery is installed
correctly.
2. Make sure the battery is full recharged
before using. To charge it with the
power adapter.
LED light red, LCD
does not display when
power on
Check the TF
Card
1. If the TF Card is damaged, the camera
system will not work.
2. Format the TF Card with SD Card
Reader on computer. Then reinstall the
TF card to the camera. If still not work,
change the TF Card please.
Cannot record or take
photos
Check the TF

System Error
Power off the camera, then power on again
The video and photo is
not clear enough
Hand Shake or
the light is not
enough
1. When the light is not enough, the
system will adjust the light
automatically. You should hold the
camera for longer time.
2. Hold the camera firmly while recording
for taking photos. You are suggested to
use Tripod.
LENS is dirty
Clean the lens with special paper.
The video or
photo mode is
not set properly
You are suggested to set the video at HD
1080P mode and 8M for photos.
Buttons no response

Take out the battery, then reinstall to power
on the camera
