WBC Disable on Partner Controller Fault
Defines the default policy setting when there is
a partner controller fault. This policy only
applies to dual-controller systems. When set to
Yes, writeback cache will be disabled when the
partner controller becomes faulty or is missing.
WBC Disable on Battery Fault
Defines the default policy setting when there is
a battery fault. When set to Yes, writeback
cache will be disabled when the battery is
faulty or not installed.
WBC Disable on Array Critical
Defines the default policy setting when an
array becomes critical in the system. When set
to Yes, writeback cache will be disabled when
any array set becomes critical within the
system.
User Manager for the Administrator
The User Manager allows you to add or remove user accounts and change
existing user account passwords, which are used to access the JMR System
Manager software. Please refer to the main window in Chapter 2, Getting Started
with the JMR Storage Manager and see
Figure 3. Select Storage System Window
Click on the User Manager tab and wait for the "Please wait…" message to
disappear (see
). Next, the work window appears to change account

Click on the appropriate button: Add User, Remove User, or Change Password,
depending on the intended action. Changing the password to an existing user
account gives protection from unauthorized users to access your system
configuration.
