Next, you will see the following screen:
The screen above will appear with all of the products you scanned with the scanner. At this
point, you can review the data. If you need to modify any of the counts, you can do it
directly from this screen by changing the values in the “New Qty” column. If any of the
products come up with “ERROR!!!” (as shown in the last 3 products above), that means you
scanned a product that does not exist in your TRS inventory database.

To print a variance report, click on the Print Report button. The report will come up in
your browser. To print it go to File->Print.

When you are satisfied with the data in the report, click on the button labeled “Perform
Update Now”. Your inventory values will be updated in the database.
