3.3 Issuing Invitations
Once you have guest
licences to use, invitations
can be issued to other
users, by clicking this icon
.
These invitations can be
permanent or temporary.
Temporary invitations can
be set to last between two
dates, times and days of
the week. The invitation
recipient can be searched
for in the contact list or by
entering the e-mail address
they used when registering
in the app.
If the user you wish to
invite is not registered in
the app, a warning will
appear asking you whether
you want to send the
invitation anyway.
After the invitation is sent,
the invited user will receive
a notification and must
accept or reject it from the
“Invitations” section of the
main menu.
