JLAUDIOwarrantsthesespeakers(andcrossovernetworks,whereapplicable)tobe
freeofdefectsinmaterialsandworkmanshipforaperiodof
one (1) year

Thiswarrantyisnottransferableandappliesonlytotheoriginalpurchaserfroman
authorizedJLAUDIOdealer.Shouldservicebenecessaryunderthiswarrantyforany
reasonduetomanufacturingdefectormalfunction,JLAUDIOwill(atitsdiscretion),
repairorreplacethedefectiveproductwithneworremanufacturedproductatnocharge.
Damagecausedbythefollowingisnotcoveredunderwarranty:accident,misuse,abuse,
productmodificationorneglect,failuretofollowinstallationinstructions,unauthorized
repairattempts,misrepresentationsbytheseller.Thiswarrantydoesnotcoverincidentalor
consequentialdamagesanddoesnotcoverthecostofremovingorreinstallingtheunit(s).
Cosmeticdamageduetoaccidentornormalwearandtearisnotcoveredunderwarranty.
Anyapplicableimpliedwarrantiesarelimitedindurationtotheperiodoftheexpress
warrantyasprovidedhereinbeginningwiththedateoftheoriginalpurchaseatretail,andno
warranties,whetherexpressorimplied,shallapplytothisproductthereafter.Somestatesdo
notallowlimitationsonimpliedwarranties,thereforetheseexclusionsmaynotapplytoyou.
Thiswarrantygivesyouspecificlegalrights,andyoumayalsohaveotherrightswhichvary
fromstatetostate.

AllwarrantyreturnsshouldbesenttoJLAUDIOfreightprepaidthroughanauthorized
JLAUDIOdealerandmustbeaccompaniedbyproofofpurchase(acopyoftheoriginalsales
receipt.)Directreturnsfromconsumersornon-authorizeddealerswillberefusedunless
specificallyauthorizedbyJLAUDIOwithavalidreturnauthorizationnumber.Warranty
expirationonproductsreturnedwithoutproofofpurchasewillbedeterminedfromthe
manufacturingdatecode.Coveragemaybeinvalidatedasthisdateisprevioustopurchase
date.Returnonlydefectivecomponents.Ifonespeakerfailsinasystem,returnonlythat
speakercomponent,nottheentiresystem.Non-defectiveitemsreceivedwillbereturned
freight-collect.Customerisresponsibleforshippingchargesandinsuranceinsending
theproducttoJLAUDIO.Freightdamageonreturnsisnotcoveredunderwarranty.
