Disassemble the protecting device
Connect a small size multimeter (
1) to the
protecting pipe
Check if the protecting pipe is powered on
electrification
The fuse has blown
2. Storage battery
Check the storage battery condition

Voltage: 12.5V
Specific gravity of elecrolyte: 1.280,20
Abnormal
Normal
Refill distilled water
Clear the binding pole of storage battery
Charge the battery or replace it
