Use of your stroller with an infant car seat
Attachment of Maxi Cosi Cabrio Fix infant car seat onto the stroller
For attachment of Maxi Cosi Cabrio Fix infant car seat to the stroller, take off the
piece for sitting from the framework first. Now, attach both adapters (fig. 31) at the
respective openings at the framework (fig. 6).
Then, stand on the side of the slider and attach the adapter with the green dot on
the right side, the adapter with the yellow dot on the left side of the framework
(fig. 32).
Afterwards, put the infant car seat onto the adapter so that the child doesn’t face
the direction of motion. The infant car seat is only securely attached, when you can
hear a latching sound. You can check whether the car seat has been mounted to the
stroller securely, by pulling the carrying handle of the infant car seat lightly.
Always mind that the infant car seat is put on in the right position (fig. 33),
otherwise a secure attachment isn’t possible.
For detachment of the infant car seat from the framework, push both buttons at the
car seat simultaneously and pull it from the framework (fig. 24). Then push both
buttons of the adapter (fig. 35) and pull the adapter from the infant car seat.
Please note: an additional adapter is generally required and can be obtained as
accessory equipment from your specialist retailer (NOT INCLUDED IN DELIVERY).
The following instructions illustrate the use of baby seat Maxi Cosi "Cabrio Fix" in
combination
with the corresponding adapter.
Regarding options to attach the adapter to further models or baby seats offered
by other manufacturers, please contact your specialist retailer.
