10. JETBLACK SAFETY CLEANING STATION INFORMATION
Cleaning Station Nozzle Attachment
If the Cleaning Station nozzle/gun attachment needs to be detached and/or replaced:
•
Rotate the black quick release fitting 90° until it clicks.
•
Push upper ring towards the hose (away from gun, Figure 3) and pull and twist the gun. At this point, the gun
will detach.
•
Rotate the black quick release fitting 90° back to its original position.
•
Push replacement gun into connector.
Cleaning Station Regulations
The Cleaning Station has been designed in accordance with the following directives:
•
Conforms to OSHA Standard 29 CFR 1910.242 (b)
•
EN 55014-1 EMC Directive (Emissions)
•
EN 55014-2 EMC Directive (Immunity)
•
EN 60335-2-69 Low Voltage (Electrical Safety Testing)
•
EN 61000-3-2 EMC- Limits for harmonic current emissions
•
EN 61000-3-3 Limits of voltage changes, fluctuations and flicker in public low voltage supply system
Cleaning Station Maintenance and Service
The following points must be observed when performing any maintenance or service operations to the Cleaning Station.
•
The power supply must be disconnected and secured against restoration. The rear mounted isolator located
on the rear of the Booth is lockable.
•
Observe personal safety regulations.
•
Never use high pressure cleaners in maintenance operations.
•
Filters
–
We recommend that the filter is inspected at least once a month and replaced after a maximum of 3
months. The part number for this filter is; 0-1257/10/PAPER.
•
To check the filter:
•
Remove the M5 screw / filter guard as shown on the diagram below and pull the filter out of its locating hole.
•
Using the Cleaning Station, blow air through the filter (both sides) to clean the filter.
•
Re-insert filter, filter guard and screw.
