Insertion of the wall anchors
After drilling the holes, you can prepare the insertion of the anchors into the wall.
Remove the lock nut, washer, and locking ring before you insert the anchor.
Keep these parts aside, to make sure you can easily reach them in the next step.
As the anchor bolts do not go in easily, it may be necessary to drive them
in with a wooden hammer. Do not use a metal hammer, as this might cause
severe damage of the bolt-top thread.
Before driving the bolts into the wall with a wooden hammer, we
recommend placing the nut onto the screw loosely to protect the bolt thread
from possible damage.
Installation of the wall brackets
Place the washers over the thread-part of each bolt now extruding from your
wall. Then put the two holes of the bracket over the threads, add the locking
rings and fix everything with the locknuts.
Firmly tighten the bolts with a 17 mm wrench. Preferably use a ring
spanner (rather than an open-ended wrench). If you should slip, injuries or
damage are less likely with one of these.
