Out-of-Warranty Return Process:
If your Jeanie Rub Massager is ineligible for warranty service, but is
repairable, contact the Customer Service Department at Core Products
at 1-800-365-3047. Core Products requires a Return Authorization (RA)
number for any return to the factory. The consumer is responsible for
packing the product in acceptable packaging. Shipping and freight
coverage is not covered when the Limited One Year Warranty has
expired.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Special Motor Information:
The universal motor in the Jeanie Rub Massager incorporates carbon
brushes. When used extensively at very low rpm levels, carbon can
build up on the motor contacts, decreasing the massager’s effective-
ness. Core Products recommends that after each low rpm usage, the
massager is run for a few minutes at a higher rpm level to ensure
carbon buildup is cleaned from the motor contacts. This will prolong
the life of the carbon brushes and optimize the massager’s
performance.

fitness and sports massage, the Jeanie Rub Massager safely helps
to relax tight muscles and helps relieve tension. Use the Jeanie Rub
massager on any part of the body, head to toe.
Connecting this product to an improperly grounded electric
receptacle may result in fire or electric shock. Using this product
near water may result in electric shock. If you suspect massager may
have come into contact with water, do not use.
Grounding Instructions:
This product is equipped with a grounding plug which must be
connected to a properly installed and grouned 120 volt receptacle.
In accordance with all local codes and ordinances, do not modify the
plug provided. Check with a qualified electrician or serviceman if you
are in doubt as to whether the receptacle is grounded.

grounded 120 volt receptacle.
• Use massager only for its intended use, as described in
this manual.
• Do not operate under blanket or where air openings
can become blocked. Keep air openings free of lint,
hair or other debris. Excessive heat buildup can result
