When using the appliance in
a bathroom, unplug it after
use, because its proximity to
water can present a danger
even when the appliance is
switched off.
For additional protection, the
installation of a residual cur-
rent device (RCD) having a
rated residual operating cur-
rent not exceeding 30mA is
advisable in the electric circuit
supplying the bathroom. Ask
your installer for advice.
If the supply cord is damaged,
it must be replaced by the ma-
nufacturer, its service agent or
similarly qualified persons in
order to avoid a hazard.
OPERATION
BEFORE USING
THE DEVICE
-Remove all packaging.
-Clean the device using a slightly damp cloth.
Dry the device.
-Fully uncoil the power cable.
1 - Plug the appliance in. One sound beep will
confirm that the appliance is pluged in.
2 - Press the button for 2 sec to activate
the appliance. Two beeps will confirm that the
appliance is activated.
3 - Upon activation, the default temperature
displayed will be the last one registered, use
the [-] and [+] button to select the desired
temperature.
4 - The Styler reaches a temperature of 200°C
in approximately 1 minute.
5 - Each time the temperature is adjusted, the
heating temperature indicator blinks. Then,
you will see on the display the plates evolution
of temperature, until it reached the desired
temperature.
6 - You can choose between 12 temperature
settings: (MIN) 120°C, 130°C, 140°C ,150°C,
160°C, 170°C, 180°C, 190°C, 200°C, 210°C,
220°C, 230°C (MAX).
7 - Recommended temperature settings for each
hair type : 120°C to 150°C : for damaged hair.
160°C to 190°C : for thin hair. 200 to 230°C:
for thick/curly hair.
8 - If no button is pressed for 60 minutes, the
device will switch off automatically. Press the
button for 2 sec to re-activate the device.
9 - To shut-off the device, press the button
for 2 seconds.
CLEANING
Switch off and unplug the device, then allow it
to cool.
Remove any hair that may have been left on the
device.
Clean the device using a slightly damp cloth and
then dry it.
WARNING! Do not immerse the device and/or
its power cable in liquid: risk of short-circuit or
electric shocks.
