PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE
For optimum product performance, Preventive Maintenance and
Cleaning of the
TBV100/101 Unit
should be performed periodically.
At a minimum, cleaning should be performed at least once annually.
More frequent cleanings may be necessary depending on the operat-
ing environment where the
TBV100/101 Unit
is installed.
To properly maintain the
TBV100/101 Unit
, the following conditions
must be maintained through Periodic Maintenance:
• Wipe clean all Sensors, Belts and Rollers using a clean (slightly
dampened with water) lint-free Micro-fiber cloth.
• The Sensor Lenses are transparent, handle them with care.
To clean them, use a clean, dry, lint-free, Micro-fiber cloth.
If necessary, use a mild, non-abrasive detergent mixed with water
to clean the Sensors. Wipe off any excess moisture from the TBV
Unit’s surfaces.
