aTTach draW Bar To PumP

In order to attach the draw bar to the pump, you need a hammer, pliers, a spanner and the 
parts provided with the pallet truck. Please see the drawing below and on page 8, 9 and 10 for 
instructions and make sure that the number of the draw bar and pump are the same. 

1. Draw bar
2. Pin
3. Axle
4. Roll pin
5. Fork frame

 

Insert the draw bar onto the pump piston (303) and use a hammer to insert the axle into the 

hydraulic pump and handle (from right to left).

Set the control handle (117) to the LOWER 

position and pass the adjusting nut (104), 

adjusting bolt (103) and chain through the hole 
of the axle.

 

 Press the draw bar down and remove the pin (2).

 

Set the controle handle (117) to the RAISE 

position. Raise the lever plate (319) with 

the pin (2) and insert the adjusting bolt 

(103) into the front slot of the lever plate. 

Please note to keep the adjusting nut (104) 

at the bottom on the lever plate. 

 

Use a hammer to tap the roll pin (106) into 

the hole of the axle (105). The draw bar is 

now attached to the pump.
