Install the safety lever on the second hole on the left
hand-side of bottom rack (#14). Put the safety spring
(#12) between the bottom rack (#14) and safety lever
(#11).
10. Press the safety lever and match the holes on the
lever (#11) with the holes on the bottom rack (#14).
Then use the long bolt (#6) to connect them.
11. Use the nut (#2) to tighten the long bolt (#6).
OPERATION
1.
Lay the head cushion (#15) flat using the safety lever
(#11).
a) To adjust the head cushion, disengage the lever
from the teeth of the stop plate in head rack (#13).
b) Simultaneously use one hand to pull up on the
head cushion, while using a second hand to push
the safety lever down and back

Keep your head flat on the head cushion while sliding
under the vehicle. Then, pull the head cushion into a
comfortable angle.
3.
Lay the head cushion flat to slide the creeper out from
under the vehicle
MAINTENANCE
•
Wipe down cushions with a damp cloth.
•
Clean off any grease or debris accumulated on the
casters.
•
Check the creeper and tighten the bolts and nuts if
necessary.
