safety defect, you should contact Transport
Canada and Jayco. Transport Canada prefers
to be called instead of posted mail or email as
it enables their investigators to confirm that
your information is correct, and to answer
your questions accurately. For additional
information, please refer to the Transport
Canada website at www.tc.gc.ca.

Jayco park trailers are
designed and intended for
use as vacation seasonal
dwellings. This park trailer
is not intended for use as a
full-time residence or for
commercial use.
Commercial use means using the park trailer
as a business asset such as a mobile office or
using the park trailer for lease or rental
purposes. The Recreation Park Trailer
Industry Association (RPTIA) and Canadian
Standards Association (CSA) periodically
inspect our manufacturing facilities to assist
us in maintaining strict compliance with
installation and safety standards for park
trailers
Jayco reserves the right to discontinue or
change specifications or design at any time
without notice and without incurring any
obligation whatsoever. Park trailers built for
sale in Canada may differ to conform to
Canadian Codes.

ESPONSIBILITY
It is important you read and understand the
information in this manual and your Goodie
Bag before using your park trailer.
Familiarize yourself with the applicable
warranties. You are responsible for ensuring
the procedures for obtaining warranty repair
are followed properly. It is your responsibility
and obligation to return your park trailer to
your dealer for warranty service repair.
As the owner of the park trailer, you are
responsible for regular and proper
maintenance performed in accordance with
this manual and the OEM manuals. Regular
and proper maintenance will help prevent
conditions arising from neglect that are not
covered by warranty.
As with your other personal belongings, it is
important to protect yourself and others with
insurance coverage. Your insurance agent
can assist you in obtaining the appropriate
insurance coverage for personal liability, theft,
collision, property damage, etc.

ESPONSIBILITY
At the time of sale of the new park trailer, your
dealer is expected to:

Deliver your park trailer in the best
condition possible. Your park trailer must
pass the dealer’s pre-delivery inspection
(PDI), including all systems tests.
□
Provide orientation of the park trailer, its
systems, components and operation.
