Checking Firmware Version
Using GRIL to Clear NVRAM
Notice:
Because the JNSGyro-2T system consists of more than one receiver
boards, NVRAM clearing procedure using GRIL command should be
perform with every board.
1. Connect the selected serial port of JNSGyro-2T and a computer as
described in “Connecting the JNSGyro-2T and a Computer” on page
27.
2. Press the
power
key to turn on the JNSGyro-2T.
3. Using any available serial port terminal send the command:
init,/dev/nvm/a
Using MinPad to Clear NVRAM
Notice:
Using MinPad NVRAMs of all boards are cleared at once.
1. Press the
power
key to turn off the JNSGyro-2T.
2. Press and hold the
FN
key.
3. Press and hold the
power
key for about one second. Release the
power
key while continuing to hold the
FN
key.
4. Wait until the STAT and REC LEDs are green
5. Wait until the STAT and REC LEDs blink orange.
Release the
FN
key while the STAT and REC LEDs blink orange.
Checking Firmware Version
Use PCView to check the firmware version of your boards.
1.
Connect the selected board of JNSGyro-2T and computer. See “Connecting
the JNSGyro-2T and a Computer” on page 27 for this procedure.
2.
Start PCView.
